Barbara Janta is a Technical Director at RPA leading and managing research and evaluation studies for UK, European, and international public and private clients. She has over 17 years of experience in conducting policy analysis and drafting policy papers linking evidence through to policy, shaping policy debates, and contributing to and advocating for policy and practice change. Her thematic expertise covers employment, education and skills policy, work-life balance and family policy, children's rights, and social inclusion and social protection. Barbara holds PhD in Employment Research from the University of Warwick, and an MPhil in Sociology from the University of Cambridge. She is proficient in English, and a native speaker of Polish.
