Eli Pijaca Plavšić is an education policy expert and founder of Edukateka, a consultancy dedicated to inclusive, sustainable, and evidence-based education. With 20 years of experience in curriculum development, school leadership, teacher training, and education reform, she has worked with over 350 schools and 3000 educators in Croatia. A former executive director of the Forum for Freedom in Education, she collaborates with institutions like UNESCO, UNICEF, and the European Commission. Eli is a ENESET expert and editorial board member of the EU's Toolkit for Schools, specialising in  education for equity and sustainability.
