Members provide scientific expertise and strategic advice to the European Commission, supporting evidence-based policymaking across all types and levels of education and training.
The network’s geographical scope includes all EU Member States and other specific countries. ENESET members bring, besides country expertise, diverse knowledge across academic backgrounds (including economics of education, sociology, political science, and other relevant disciplines) and thematic areas aligned with the European Commission’s priorities.
The experts also apply a wide range of methodological approaches, covering both qualitative and quantitative research.
